Hey guys, Dave Fulk here, and today, we’re going to talk about the importance of recharging. As you can see, I am here in beautiful Colorado with my family, recharging over the next 10 days here. And the importance of recharging is so understated. You got to think of your energy as a battery, a rechargeable battery, or a bank account. You can’t constantly make withdraws only. At some point in time, you have to make deposits. And as a leader of an organization, a CEO, an entrepreneur, somebody that’s in charge of a team, you have to give your energy to your people. You have to constantly run in full speed. And the whole concept of hustle and grind is so stupid. Yes, hustle and grind is important, but it’s the season, it’s not a lifestyle. You only can hustle and grind in short sprints. So make sure you’re taking time, even if it’s just a few minutes here and there, to recharge and make those deposits back into yourself.
